Title: Fablehaven

This book is about a brother and a sister named Seth and Kendra that go to stay at their grandparents house while their parents are on vacation.  Their grandparents have a big house with big grounds. What the kids don't realize though, is that things aren't as they seem.  Their grandparents land is actually a hidden refuge called Fablehaven to prevent extinction of mythical creatures and their grandpa Sorenson is the current caretaker of the sanctuary.  One day, after drinking this mysterious milk that Dale lays out, they can see the truth in front of them.  The butterflies and bumblebees around them are actually fairies.  Then, in the forest, the darkness stirs.  The ancient laws that keep order in the world of trolls, Satyrs, withes, imps and fairies are broken and evil is unleashed.  The witch Muriel kidnaps grandpa Sorenson and Lena. She is hiding them in a small church not far from their house.  The same church where the evil demon Bahumat sleeps. It is up to Kendra to save all of Fablehaven and her family.  After pleading and crying at the fairy queen's shrine, the fairy queen takes pity on her and sends her fairies to help her.  Together, they fly back to the church to defeat the evil and rescue her family.   Fablehaven is safe.
